Annual Indoor Waterpark Adventure 2014

First, all pictures in this post are pretty bad, but they are all I have :(

For the last 5(?) years we have gone to an Indoor Waterpark the first part of the year.  We have always gone with the Bodily Family (and typically a few other family members that want to straggle along), and it's been a tradition the we've really enjoyed, and the kids get super stoked about.  Because Bethany had to run and get married, Heather had to move away and go to college, and Hannah is beginning to lead a life of her own, we ended up inviting Tony and Gabby with us this time.  Of course the boys were SUPER excited for them to be the ones to join us.  So, off we went to Great Wolf Lodge in Charlotte for March 10th & 11th.

Cooper and Will - where you saw one, you saw the other
It happened to be Adam's birthday so he picked the dinner location - Texas Land and Cattle.  Yes, we were 4 brave adults to attempt a dinner with 8 children.

Aside from the water the next thing the boys desperately wanted to do was the arcade games.  So, Tuesday morning I promised we'd hit the game room.

Caden's first "roller coaster"

They were each able to pick out a lighted sword/light saber from the gift shop, but unfortunately my phone was being silly and I couldn't get a picture of all of the munchkins with them.

Cooper was just barely too short to ride the big slides so he is really looking forward to next year when he is determined to be big enough.  In the words of Cooper "It's not fair because Will and I are the same size but he got to ride the big slides and I didn't"...yes, Will had that extra inch on him.

Carson asked lots of questions about the "big drop" in the tornado slide that he kept hearing so much about.  He looks forward to being tall enough to hit the last mark (green wrist band) and have no restrictions on what he can do in the waterpark.
