Update On Our Lives

Well it has been a while since I've posted, and lives have been busy. I'll try to update you on the biggest events lately. The benefit of having not written in weeks is that you get to see lots of pictures all at once.

Cooper - He is getting so big. It seems like it took forever for Carson to reach this age, and Cooper is already there. 3 1/2 months old and still such a sweet baby. He is currently sick, but that hasn't affected his personality. He is still sleeping well, and smiling in between.

Here are some pictures of the camping/4-wheeling trip that Chris went on with Joey, Crystal and their family. He joined them Saturday (Sept 19) after photographing a friend's wedding. That night Crystal's dad flipped his 4-wheeler. Refusing to go to the hospital that night, he finally consented the next morning. Things are fine now. The boys and I decided to not join in on the trip because it was a rather chilly weekend, and Chris says there is NOTHING to do there, unless you have a 4-wheeler. Instead we went on a "shopping" trip with Hannah.

The Goat - apparently there was a goat up on the hill, and about 30 minutes later it came down to the campsite to join in on the fun. Chris of course had to get pictures.

Here are some recent pictures of the boys. We have also spent the last week planning Carson's birthday part (posting to come). During this time Erin and her family, and then Sarah & Talia came to watch mom's kids (while her and dad were in Guate). This enabled us to spent time with them. Erin, Crystal and I got a little sewing done. Then Sarah and I canned lots of Apple Sauce. We canned 66 quarts combined, and still leaving us with two bushels of apples. It was one of those projects you get yourself into, and regret it within an hours time.

Cooper curled himself up in the blanket and started sucking his thumb..it was SO cute.

Then he woke up because we insisted on taking pictures.
